Georgian-born designer and recent graduate of Central Saint Martins college of fashion David Koma, is Vauxhall Fashion Scout’s new Merit Award winner. Last season’s collection of form-fitting, flesh-toned designs and fabulous metallic shapes adorned with careful detailing won him a lot of press coverage and was awarded the Harrods Design Award which led to his collection being bought by Browns Focus.

David Koma is a fashion-forward designer whose collections are polished with attention to even the smallest details. His signature style explores strong sexuality focusing on accentuating the body with embellished metallic chains and tubing.

The Merit Award will allow David to present his futuristic modern-edged designs in   a standalone catwalk show at Vauxhall Fashion Scout’s new venue for this season’s London Fashion Week.
